With a varied background of managing restaurants, bars and functions, Alyse is always a part of creating the best guest experience and covering all bases for events to run smoothly. She loves to see innovative and creative ideas come to life and wants to bring the best of the best to you.
MIKE (VOVO) WOWAK
Having an aspiration for hospitality from the get go, Mike conquered the cocktail scene over the past 12 years in Warsaw, London, Amsterdam and now Sydney. Providing the ultimate cocktail experience is key to his service style without failing to have guests learning and laughing with him.
